I picked up my Switch 2 early and needed a reliable way to keep my extra controllers charged, and this dock does the job well. It charges all my Joy-Cons fast and fits neatly on my gaming shelf. The built-in speaker was annoying though, constantly chirping even though the controllers were fully charged, and I couldn’t find a way to turn it off. After some tinkering, I took it apart and removed the speaker, which fixed the issue.
This charging dock is exactly what I needed for my Switch 2 controllers. I love that it can charge both Joy-Con 2 controllers at the same time, and the compact design doesn’t take up much space at all.The RGB lighting is a fun touch, it looks cool without being over the top. I also really like that it can be wall-mounted, which keeps my gaming area neat and organized. This controller charger is easy to use and easy to set up. It has colorful lights so it stands out nicely apart from the other electronics we have. The new controllers are magnetic, so all one needs to do it place them in right slot, and they immediately start charging.When a controller is placed in the charger, there is an indicating beep to let you know it’s been done correctly and that the controller has started to charge. During charging, the indicator light (shaped like a controller) turns red, and once finished, it turns green. This charger can charge 4 controllers in total and connects to the main power source using a usb-a to usb-c.I picked this charger because of its simple and colorfully innovative design. It works great so far!

It constantly chirped even when the controllers were fully charged, and there didn’t seem to be an option to disable it. I ended up opening the dock and disconnecting the speaker, which solved the problem, but it’s not ideal that I had to modify it.Overall, though, this is a convenient and well-designed dock that works exactly as intended. Despite the minor annoyance with the speaker, it’s still a worthwhile accessory that keeps my Joy-Cons charged and my gaming area tidy.
